Kauai’s Fast-Growing South Shore Will Have New Commercial Center
Monday, August 25th, 2008Shopping, dining and just hanging out will gain a new twist on Kauai’s South Shore early next summer when Kukuiula Village opens in Poipu.
The almost 90,000-square-foot resort-retail center is a joint venture between DMB Associates Inc. and A&B Properties Inc.
Madison Marquette is providing commercial development and leasing expertise.
When completed, the complex will house a mix of full-service and casual restaurants alongside fitness, health and traditional resort retail businesses such as Tommy Bahama and Quiksilver.
